Built for one audience: Etsy sellers who want real data, not guesswork.
KW Metrics started from a simple frustration: most Etsy sellers are making titling, tagging, and pricing decisions based on gut feeling, forum advice, or numbers nobody can actually explain. We wanted a tool that shows its work — where every figure either comes straight from Etsy's own listings or is clearly calculated from them, with no invented metrics dressed up as facts.
We're a small, independent team focused on one thing: helping Etsy sellers understand their market better, using data Etsy itself already publishes. No shortcuts, no scraping, no guessing.
What we believe
- Real data beats guesswork. Every number you see is either pulled directly from Etsy's public data or computed from it — and we tell you which.
- Compliance isn't optional. We use Etsy's official API exclusively, and we follow Etsy's data-freshness and usage rules as a baseline, not an afterthought.
- Sellers deserve clarity, not jargon. Every tool is built to answer a specific, practical question — not to overwhelm you with numbers for their own sake.
